I like to run in the parks, I just like to run the whole evening, it helps me to get away from bad thoughts and put my head in order and, of course, keep my health and keep myself in good shape. Therefore, when I meet a good person, I finally start to feel good thoughts. When running, I also think about the conversations I had with my members. They are important to me, sometimes I think about the problems they share with me, and I am trying sincerely to give them advice and help them to relax. I have no shame or judgments inside of me, everyone I am in contact with is important and prioritized. I do not think I am important, I am only of value when I am able to help others.
